Hey all, Shirley here with yet another bugfix update!

This update fixes an issue with the title screen! Options should no longer bug out on Windows OR MacOS. There shouldn't be any bugs in the title screen anymore; all I added was the ability to turn off quirks. Anyway, enjoy!

P.S. This is the first time since v1.0.x that the bugfix part of the version number counted to 4, lol. Hope I won't have to make a v1.4.5!
