Hey all, Shirley here with a little bugfix. Been a while since I've had to do one of these, shockingly.

Surprisingly, this bugfix update has nothing to do with the gameplay. It actually just fixes a startup crash where, if Discord isn't installed or running, the game doesn't let you play it. Also, the Runs.ini fixer works again.
